If you are registered as a full-time undergraduate student at any state university in Spain, Andorra or France you are entitled to a reduced fee for the following Cambridge Assessment English exams:


Who can benefit from the discounts?
All full-time undergraduate students studying at a Spanish, Andorran or French state university.

What documents do I have to provide?
In order to qualify for the reduced fee you must upload a current university registration document as proof of your status as a state university student when you complete the online registration form.

IMPORTANT: It is essential that you provide proof of your status as a state university student via a valid registration document. If you do not provide this when you register you will not be eligible for the discounted exam fee.

The Cambridge English Universities Project aims to facilitate access to the Cambridge English exams within the university sector which we hope will have a widespread positive impact on students and help them gain the level of English required under the Bologna agreement.

Under the Exams Catalunya Universities Project agreement students can take the following Cambridge English exams in their own university at a lower price:



It is easy to sign up for this project and any college or university in Catalunya can join. Collaborating universities that sign the Memorandum of Agreement with Exams Catalunya and Cambridge English will be granted the use of the logo below.

Testing the English language levels of students is an important activity for higher education institutions and pathway providers, whether for admissions, course placement, progress measurement or graduation.

Recognised by CRUE at Spanish universities
Cambridge English Linguaskill is recognised by CRUE (Conferencia de Rectores de las Universidades Españolas). This institution approves which foreign language certificates comply with the quality requirements and levels set out by the Common European Framework of Reference (A1 to C2).

Linguaskill meets the criteria and has been approved by this organisation as an English language test. This means that if you take Linguaskill it should be accepted by your university. If you are not sure, you should contact the Language Centre at your university to ask if they accept Linguaskill. If you have any questions, please contact with us.
