At our exam centre, we are committed to making Cambridge English qualifications accessible to all candidates. If you have a disability or special requirements, we can offer a range of Cambridge-approved special arrangements to ensure fair and equal access to the exams.

What support is available?

Depending on your needs and the type of exam, the following arrangements may be available:

  • Extra time
  • Modified exam materials (e.g. large print or Braille)
  • Separate rooms
  • Use of assistive technology
  • A reader or scribe (where applicable)
  • Voice-to-text or speech recognition software.

All arrangements must be approved by Cambridge English, so please contact us as early as possible. Please note that all requests may require supporting medical evidence and must be submitted well in advance of your exam date.

How to request Special Arrangements

  1. During registration, please indicate if you require Special Arrangements and upload the relevant medical evidence.
  2. Once we have received your completed registration form and supporting documents, our team will review your request and submit it to Cambridge English for approval.
  3. We will keep you informed and notify you once Cambridge English has confirmed whether the arrangements have been approved.

Please note that all requests must be submitted before the exam registration deadline. Late requests may not be accepted.
