All personal data will be collected and processed with the sole aim of providing the service or services requested as well as the management and processing of related payment/s. The processing of the personal data you have provided is legitimated through the express consent that you give as the father, mother or legal guardian of the underage candidate.

Failure to complete the obligatory fields on this form with the personal data required may result in your application not being processed. Payment:

Payment of the exam entry fee must be made on or before the registration deadline date. Failure to do this will mean that your registration is not complete and you will not be entered for the exam. If payment is made after the entry deadline date a late fee of 42€ will be applied.

If a candidate fails to attend on the day of the written or speaking exam for which he/she is registered he/she will not be entitled to a refund or to take the exam on a different date. If a candidate cancels before the entry deadline, the full fee will be refunded minus the current administration fee: https://exams-catalunya.com/en/page/inscripcion#tab-2.

No refund will be granted for cancellations after the exam entry deadline. However, if a candidate is unable to sit an exam due to illness or a serious family incidence he/she may request a refund of the exam entry fee. In order to do this the candidate will be required to produce a medical certificate or, in the case of a serious family incidence, a relevant document. In this case the exam fee will be returned to the candidate minus the current administration fee: https://exams-catalunya.com/en/page/inscripcion#tab-2.

It is essential that you send us the payment receipt by email to [email protected] so that we may trace your payment with the bank. Your place on the exam will not be confirmed until we receive the payment receipt for the exam fees.
